- The Eva Advantage Membership is a 12 month agreement that renews annually unless cancelled.
- The terms of this agreement are binding for both parties
- Eva home services has the right to modify or terminate this contract at any time
- Using our warranty services will automatically extend your membership for an additional year
- Members are entitled up to 3 “free” mechanical equipment tuneups per year
- Free tuneups can be redeemed during the months of March, April, May, Sep, Oct, Nov
- You cannot redeem a free tuneup more than once per 30 days
- Filters are included. Wear item parts (if needed) will be additional. Refrigerant is additional if required.
- The free tuneup is considered to be fulfilled when we get your equipment running to our technician’s standards.
- Our extended warranty provides coverage for your mechanic equipment only.
- Our extended warranty does not cover the costs of replacing ductwork, piping, etc
- This does not cover the costs of any accessories that are included within an installation
- All Mechanical parts are covered. Non mechanical parts such as belts, pulleys, nozzles, pipes, etc are not covered.
- Labor for repairs is not included and will be additional, billed at an hourly rate plus applicable fees.
